Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

Gary Weigel, you were a man of strength, grace, wisdom and loyality. Your LAUGH could stop a person dead in their tracks : ) You loved life and gave it your all. Just in the short time I knew you, I have came to understand how much you LOVED your family and the devotion you gave to those you cared for. Family always came first and and Im so glad I have come to be a part of your amazing family. I love the morals that you have ingrained into your children and I'm sad that you can not see them grow old. However, you raised them well; they are strong, as I see parts of you in each of them. You will be missed greatly, but I will always remember your love for your kids, your family and life - Kera
ReplyDeleteGary, last night was your celebration of life and it was the most amazing time!!! To see the people and the stories they shared about you was so truely awesome. We miss you so much and the kids hope you get your balloon messages they sent you. I think I have cried more today then I have since you had to leave us to soon. To see your kiddos hurt like they do tears me up! You have left 3 amazing kids with your legacy in them and we all will never forget you!! We love and miss you Uncle Gary (or your laugh).
